We offer Canada-Wide Shipping to all our local Canadian customers. We also make it easy to shop on our website with all prices in Canadian Dollars. We only ship from Canada thus ensuring no additional duties or cross-border fees. Before you place your order you will see all shipping charges in Canadian Dollars. 

Free Porch Pick-Up
We offer free local pick-up from our Unionville location with no minimum purchase required. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up. Identification may be required when picking up your order.

Shipping Rates & Methods
All products are shipped from Markham, Ontario by Canada Post. Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Large items may not always be shippable or may incur additional charges. We will contact you if any issues at our end.

To determine your shipping charge, add items to your cart and shipping options will populate once you enter your address.

Shipping is calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order. You'll be given a few options and prices depending on how quickly you'd like to receive your order. 

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. There is no sales tax charged for shipments to the USA or other countries outside of Canada. However, you are fully responsible for any import fees or duty taxes that your country may charge you.

We accept returns for online purchases in the original packaging and in original condition within 30 days of the date of purchase unless a sale item these are "Final Sale." If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.  

Upon receipt of the return shipped item, we will notify you via email within a reasonable period of time, whether we are able to process a return. If approved we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
